Trinity Estates, a long standing graphic & web design client of The Agency, had a strong presence at this year’s industry exhibition: RESI 10. Held at Celtic Manor in South Wales, the conference attracts key players from the U.K. residential property sector.
The brief was to create a conference pack that would generate intrigue among attendees and reinforce the points which make Trinity one of the largest players in the industry.
The graphic design concept Industry Secrets kicked off with advertising in Showhouse magazine which alluded to the packs that would be distributed at the exhibition. Packs included a scratchcard game allowing one lucky winner to win an Apple iPad and was followed up by further advertising in trade press.
Business & Marketing Manager, Stuart Prior commented, “Overall we were really pleased with the end results. We always wanted to produce something more exciting than a run of the mill handout and I think the concept created a lot of interest on the day. Enquiries were up by 50% on last year“.

Brand Marketing Material / Graphic & Web Design Liverpool
The Agency has worked with this iconic restaurant and bar in the centre of Liverpool since 2007. The name translates to The Soul of Cuba and it is housed in the former St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Seel Street. The Agency has created a range of visually stunning graphic designed marketing material that befits a venue possessing such unique style, heritage and décor. This has included a full range of menus, promotional cards and advertising.

CLIENT: Kro Bars
Brand Development / Graphic Design Manchester
Manchester Bar & Restaurant group, Kro Bars, appointed The Agency in 2008 to develop a creative concept for use across its 5 outlets. The badge theme was chosen to appeal to the brand’s extensive student customer base and reflect the identities of each venue.
The group operates bars in and around Greater Manchester & Cheshire that have a distinct feel whilst retaining the brand’s Modern-Danish characteristics.

CLIENT: Urban Graze Ltd
Logo Design & Brand Development (Cheshire)
The Agency was appointed in May 2009 to create the logo design / brand identity for Graze Bespoke Catering. Operating out of their base near Knutsford, Cheshire, the company provides high quality on-site catering at events and functions throughout the Cheshire region.
The identity conveys the fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are used in all their catering, as well as reflecting the identity of the Dun Cow pub, from which they are operating. The company was created as a result of a management takeover by Barry Lavin and Chef Marc Mattocks of the well established Barkers Bespoke which operated from the Metropolitan Restaurant & Pub in Didsbury, Manchester.
