As of the 13th December, the information you are given about the food you order in cafes and restaurants is about to change. New rules are coming in to practice to help reduce allergic reactions, this is going to be put into practice by businesses identifying 14 key allergens within their dishes. You may see this information appearing on food menus and on cafe chalk boards near you soon.
