Our work with Mainstay resulted in stunning new marketing brochures for both their Mainstay and Mainstay Facilities Management (FM) brands.

We undertook photo shoots at chosen locations across both Manchester and Liverpool which are featured throughout the material and on the new Mainstay FM website. The brochures were created to reflect their own brand identities whilst complementing one another and the bespoke imagery really helps set them apart in the marketplace.

The client feedback has been great, particularly from BDMs using them as exhibition marketing tools.

Building on this project is a new marketing initiative that we are helping to develop. ‘Ask The Expert’ will be rolled out in the New Year and will be designed to position Mainstay Group as a leading light in the property management sector.

Many business people might be asking what design can do to help them in these challenging economic times. According to the UK Design Council:

Fortunes can change for any business – large or small – sending a once successful and thriving operation into decline. Shifts in the economy, in consumer sentiment or changes in the marketplace are just a few of the factors that might leave a company in trouble and unsure how to get back on track.

Even mighty corporations such as McDonald’s or entire industries like the Swiss watch industry have fallen foul of changes in the market, but both responded through an investment in design and innovation which helped to turn their fortunes around.

The Altrincham-based business rescue and insolvency practitioners launched in September and we were commissioned to produce their logo & branded literature. Lucas Johnson assists and provides solutions to businesses that may be in financial difficulty. The logo incorporates the company initials to create a fresh, simple device which differentiates them in the local marketplace.

Warrington-based financial planners have recently launched and we were commissioned to help develop their brand identity. Another new business, Baxter & Associates provide financial planning, financial advice and management services primarily to North West based individuals and businesses.

Recently rebranded, the artists formerly know as Reactive Audio asked us to develop these beautiful new corporate brochures. We worked on their rebranding from Reactive Audio to Reactive Media back in May this year and are delighted to be not only working for them, but collaborating with them on an ongoing basis.
