Northampton based Galbraith are a property management company with a nationwide reach. In recent years the development of property has gathered pace once more and student accommodation is a key market within city centre locations. This market demands a certain level of specification, delivered at a compelling price.
We’ve been working hard to assist Galbraith in communicating the value they bring, to the student population within the developments which fall under their stewardship.
Branded properties
A certain level of consistency exists within the properties that they manage. Buildings are modern, comfortable and well finished with fast WIFI connectivity. It’s all about delivering a lifestyle. Over and above this, each property takes on a unique identity. This could be dictated by location such as ‘Penny Lane’ in Liverpool or simply something that is memorable, snappy and creates the right connotation such as the ‘Sky Building’ in Newcastle Under Lyme. The marketing design style is consistent and interchangeable to allow personalisation of promotional activity.
Sales Promotions
When it comes to attracting students to take up residence, we have employed a multi-faceted approach for Galbraith. Using the consistent design and a personalised brand approach, we have designed and coded HTML E Marketing campaigns for distribution to the local UCAS database. Printed flyers and pull-up banners help promote the brands at student fairs etc. Promotional items have also included keyrings and branded pens.
