Mainstay are one of the largest and most successful property management companies in the country. Having provided outstanding residential and commercial services for more than 12 years, the company has grown through a commitment to service and quality.
Since 2010, we have assisted them in developing and delivering the core elements of their brand communications strategy, including divisional rebranding and the launching of new brand initiatives.
We were challenged to create a series of exquisitely shot and powerful images that reflect the ethos of the brand with the commissioning of 3 photo-shoots – in Manchester, Liverpool and London. Our brief was to capture the essence of the developments, the environment and most importantly the people. The imagery encapsulates the company and how it helps its clients’ through highly effective property management.
Mainstay were keen to reduce print costs, eliminate proofing time and increase internal controls when ordering branded print material. We developed a branded web portal containing key artwork templates. Users have a secure login and are able to edit certain approved text fields giving greater flexibility whilst protecting the brand and saving approximately 1 man hour per order placed.

We developed an information video for their homepage that sits on the main website. The video acts as an essential user guide for residents so they’re able to access and manage vital information.
A high quality document was sought to communicate the range of property developments managed and the diverse nature of the housing services offered. We created a robust ‘PUR bound’ capability statement which charts the history of the business and provides a tangible example of how Mainstay have assisted clients over the years. The core competencies and skills are highlighted using a stylish spot UV varnish on a black cover.
