Warwick Estates are a property management company with a difference, their main USP is that each property manager will never have more than 15 developments to manage at one time. They want their customers to experience a personalised service with a commitment to deliver outstanding service. The company has experienced impressive growth over the past 12 months and marketing initiatives over 2017 promise to underpin further increases within their client base.
Always on-call and always ready to help. Warwick make it their business to be there for their customers, just when they are needed the most. From this ethos, the superhero concept was born. It has been developed from the initial sketches through to the creation of a plastic model which was photographed in our studio. The branding has been applied to printed brochures, 48 sheet mobile advertising in Manchester and online via E-Marketing campaigns and a mobile responsive website.
As part of the marketing plan, we have created a brochure to communicate Warwick’s value proposition, service offering and capability statement. The Superhero concept underpins the design and the brochure features other ‘worker’ figures to represent the major Unique Selling Points. The brochure is available in printed and electronic form.
In order to engage online visitors more effectively, Warwick have invested in a mobile responsive website that is user friendly, easy to navigate and featuring strong calls to action. This is enabling higher enquiry rates through form submissions.
