Located on the West Shore of Llandudno, Admiral House is a collection of 9 luxury apartments. Our task was to develop the branding and Admiral House Marketing material. The logo design is inspired by the coastal location. Every apartment has a sea view and is fitted out to the very highest specifications. The key market is an older demographic based in the Northwest, particularly Manchester and Cheshire who dream of an idyllic seaside lifestyle.

The campaign kicked off with an advert in Cheshire Life which has raised awareness and helped generate enquiries. Morgan Northwest are behind the development and have other projects ongoing in an around the Manchester and Cheshire areas. The design of the adverts, brochures and hoarding boards features nautical elements and a navy blue, cream and white colour palette.
