    A Spotlight on Retina Clinic & Indian Tiffin Room

    Web design isn’t just about looking good, it’s about working better. At The Agency Creative, we’re obsessed with creating digital experiences with user friendly websites. Today, we’re peeling back the curtain on two recent website redesigns: The Retina Clinic, a private medical specialist with a visionary focus, and Indian Tiffin Room, an independent Indian restaurant with bold flavours and an even bolder story.

     

    Retina Clinic: Clarity, Confidence, Conversion

     

    The Before

    Retina Clinic’s old website felt clinical in all the wrong ways, stark, dated, and hard to navigate. Despite their stellar reputation in ophthalmology, the digital experience didn’t reflect their modern technology, human-centred care, or premium expertise. With unstructured text, generic imagery, and a mobile experience that needed adapting with a more modernised approach.

    The Challenges

    – Poor mobile usability

    – Outdated visuals and branding

    – No clear user flow for referrals or bookings

    – Lacked emotional connection with patients

     

    The After

    A clean, calm and confident visual identity paired with a seamless UX design. We introduced a bold but reassuring colour palette that makes The Retina Clinic stand out against competitors, along with timeless visuals, and smart readable typography that speaks directly to patients and referring clinicians alike. The new site was built with accessibility and trust at its core, two things that matter deeply in healthcare.

     

    Indian Tiffin Room: Serving Bold Flavour, Digitally

     

    The Before

    We’ve had the pleasure of working with Indian Tiffin Room for several years, helping to evolve their brand as their business has grown. The previous website wasn’t failing, far from it, but as time passed, it began to feel dated and no longer did justice to the rich heritage behind the brand.

    Our brief was to bring their story to life online. That meant introducing bold new photography, a vibrant and culturally rooted colour palette, and a digital experience that felt as exciting as the food itself. With the restaurant expanding into new locations, the site also needed to scale effortlessly, and do so with the customer journey as our main priority.

    The Challenges

    – Lack of strong call-to-action for bookings

    – Outdated design that didn’t reflect their vibrant personality

    – Confusing navigation and site structure

    – Visuals that no longer matched the energy of the brand

     

    The After

    We cooked up a full rebrand and site experience that matched the soul of the food. This included rich textures, bold photography, and a user friendly navigation system. We also integrated a smooth online reservation system and SEO-friendly menu pages.
