
Mainstay are one of the most successful property management agents in the UK, managing properties within 79% of postcodes in England & Wales.
We’ve worked with Mainstay on lots of different projects – everything from websites to web to print.
Their identity incorporates several sub-brands, each with a distinctive style and different requirements for design and print. One of our most recent projects for them was to design their capability statement which needed to incorporate each of these unique styles into one document.
It can be a little tricky to incorporate several styles into one brochure, so we made sure to use the same font and format throughout. We used a mixture of full-bleed and smaller photography in the statement, with photographs capturing staff, customers and Mainstay’s locations. We wanted to give the brochure a high-quality feel, so the cover was matt laminated with a spot UV finish.
