Building on their established branding style, the design of the website follows a grid system that presents information clearly and is separated to optimise user navigation and allow for easy reading, providing a positive user experience.
The website follows a limited colour palette which reflects Nviron’s own brand style and product segmentation. Product pages are segmented by colour to represent different ranges and related services, helping users navigate the site easily. For example, ‘Security’ is represented as red, and ‘End User Computing’ as yellow.
As a business Nviron have a very high customer satisfaction rating, over 95% ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’, so it was crucial this was emphasised on their website for new clients. This is supported by the implementation of a rolling Testimonials section on the homepage which sits alongside their impressive partner logos.
Nviron is a customer-centric business, who go above and beyond expectations for the benefit of their clients. A contact form and a live chat on every page of the website allows potential new clients to get advice and support promptly.
