Blocsphere are a forward-thinking Property Management Company. We were delighted that they asked us to develop their brand, involving creating a new logo, website, and a digital brochure showcasing their Block Property Management services to residential and commercial clients throughout the UK. Their goal is to become the number one property management company in the UK, recognised for their customer-centric approach and unmatched service offering. The team have over 40 years’ combined property management experience and look after more than £100m worth of property comprising thousands of individual units.
The Agency Creative were approached by Blocsphere to rebrand their original logo and style. The idea was to create a memorable logo that represents the brand drivers and all that the company has to offer within property management. We developed logo concepts which were presented to the client and they chose a final design that simply reflects the company. The idea was to make it modern, professional and clean. The logo itself can be reflected throughout the branding by using elements from their icon. This helps to build a strong recognisable brand identity.
Once the logo was finalised, we provided our client with a wide variety of colour options. After careful consideration yellow, dark navy, and white became the perfect choice to build the brand as it was a distinctive palette that differentiates Blocsphere from property management competitor businesses.
Once the colours and logo were chosen The Agency explored many design styles for a 3D flipbook digital brochure.
Our digital brochure design showcases how Blocsphere are working to become the number one property management company in the UK, recognised for their customer-centric approach and unmatched service offering. It was important that their brochure was easily accessible and provided a new solution to engage first-time visitors to their website. It can be read online or downloaded which helps to reduce their carbon footprint.
The final design is built up of yellow triangles complemented with navy and white elements. We designed it to support the logo by keeping it simple, clean and modern. Using vector illustrations, we enhanced the blocks of text, this makes it more interesting for the viewers and allows all the important information to have a strong impact.
Blocsphere are a modern forward-thinking company who strive to implement the latest technologies and customer interaction systems for the properties they manage and it was essential that the next stage of the branding project was to design and create a new bespoke user-friendly website, which was built in WordPress and conveys the Blocsphere brand proposition.
Our team of experienced graphic design experts who were involved from the very beginning until the end of this project made sure that the quality of the design stayed consistent using clean and simple web design using the new brand style and an emphasis on Blocsphere’s key service offerings. The homepage design consists of a minimal video header that reflects Blocsphere’s goal to become the number one property management company in the UK and gives the website movement and creates an engaging user experience.
