A key focus of this work was to create a new website that provides an outstanding user experience and communicates the ethos and values of Bridgewater. The new website supports multiple location specific websites for franchisees enabling them to have their own location specific pages, contact details and homepage. These are all fully customisable, giving partners control of their marketing within the parameters of the wider brand. Ultimately, the website must attract new visitors and build sufficient confidence that the company will take great care of elderly family members or those living with Dementia.
Bridgewater operate under the mantra of Quality, Reliability and Trust. To convey these values and provide a real life insight, we interviewed carers and administrative staff both at the Wigan Head Office and on location at client properties to produce a series of videos . These convey a genuine level of care and provide a real insight into daily activities which improve the lives of those in their care. In addition, a bank of new and unique imagery was created with a photoshoot.
Potential franchisees often require a prospectus. In-line with the brand style, we have designed a document that is visually appealing whilst also being informative and professional. To aid understanding ad create a desire to be involved, Infographics are used to display essential information. New partners will benefit from a comprehensive Brand Guide and Web2Print ordering system that helps new partners to understand and develop their own marketing material.
Bridgewater are always on the look out for new talent to join their team. Printed material such as posters and leaflets were important to create to reach a variety of people who would want to join the Bridgewater Family. The posters and leaflets needed to convey Bridgewater’s person-centred approach that shows they are supportive and value their staff or potential employees.
We are responsible for running Bridgewater’s social media pages. Our role is to post engaging and regular content focusing on promoting the business, recruiting new employees and engaging with the home care sector.
