The Agency used this great opportunity to develop and create a simple brand style that captures the essence of the development and the luxurious apartments within. The style chosen uses geometric shapes and imagery to highlight the modern design within the development, appealing to a young professional demographic who might be looking for their first step on the property ladder using ‘Help To Buy’ or ‘Shared Ownership’ schemes. We have used the ethos of property placemaking to market this as the prime property destination within the village.
The Agency Creative applied the brand style to a landscape brochure design. This allows Eden Place to communicate all of the important and exciting facts about the development. Through engaging copy and bespoke stylised imagery, It highlights the area of Cheadle village, the stylish apartments and provides an infographic guide on the ‘Help To Buy’ scheme.
Alongside the brochure, we also designed a property sheet using the same brand style. This is used as a template to enhance the specifications of each apartment. This is also used as a digital emailer so viewers have the opportunity to see each apartment in more detail.
As part of Mirasa’s branding and marketing process, we developed some visual storytelling through video. This expands the essence of Eden Place in more detail and communicates with the viewers in a friendly and sophisticated way. The video pays particular attention to the quality interiors, Bosch appliances and conveys spacious luxury living.
