We were asked by Haus to refresh their branding materials in order to strengthen heir brand identity and review their existing print and digital assets. Based in London and Manchester, HAUS is a leading property management service providing a service to residents and owners. Established in 2008, they have worked to build a reputation as the sector’s most service-focussed managing agent.
Building on their existing logo design, HAUS Block Management had a requirement to develop a guide on how to use their logos and visual assets, with guidance on applications, minimum sizes, corporate colour definitions, typography and other brand elements. To meet this need, we produced new brand guidelines with all possible applications. Included, were their new email signatures with their logo animated and embedded within the HTML.
Following our work on the brand guidelines, we have created additional printed marketing materials, including a postcard with a QR code incorporated on the back of the cards. There was also a full set of word templates, letterhead design, envelope deign, complimentary slip, and business card design. These all aligned allowing HAUS block management to manage their brand more effectively.
