Warwick Estates are a leading property management company. Based in Harlow, Essex, they have a nationwide customer based with a particular focus in London and the South East.
Offering 3 distinct levels of service (Standard, Premier and Lite), Warwick are able to manage a diverse range of property types and cater to a wide range of requirements.
When it comes to asset, building and estate management, Warwick pride themselves on being able to deliver a responsive, tailor-made service and can rightly claim to be one of the UK’s leading property management specialists. Their approach is to maintain property in order to keep residents safe, protect the financial interests of asset owners and give residents outstanding value through a service that is underpinned by technology.
Social Media Marketing & Online Presence
We have created a range of designs and animated videos for use on Social Media platforms, primarily Linked IN, Facebook and Instagram.
Working closely with the client, we created a social media strategy that was designed to raise awareness of the Warwick Brand, create engagement from clients and generate management enquiries from both property developers and residents associations. Having created a consistent and engaging visual style, we managed the posting of content in-line with a pre-agreed social media plan. Over a 3 month period, we were able to increase follower numbers by over 300%.
Website Design
Having created a website for Warwick back in 2014, we were happy to create a new website in-line with an updated brand style in 2021. The website is built in the WordPress platform and gives the company a flexible, easy to update and highly professional on-line presence that reflects their position as a market leader in the property management sector. The website integrates a ‘live chat’ function, FAQ’s and in-depth detail on the services they offer.
Printed Materials
Reflecting the brand style that is showcased on the website, we also created a supporting brochure and promotional postcards for hyper-local targeted mailing.
