Weaver Vale Housing Trust is a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) housing association. Formed in July 2002, they are based in Northwich. Cheshire and serve customers throughout the North West.

One of the leading Housing Trusts, they have a large portfolio of over 6300 homes, ranging from newly built shared ownership homes to larger rented estates and independent living schemes.

We have worked on a diverse range of projects for WVHT, which have included both internal partner based branding communications and external development based communications for existing and prospective tenants. Infographics are a way of presenting detailed information in a quick, clear and easy to understand way. Infographics feature heavily within the design work we have created for WVHT.

Projects include fresh branding for The ‘My Account’ functionality which allows tenants to access specific personal and billing information direct from their mobile phone or computer. Through this, we have conveyed a multi-access and technology based solution for its users.

‘Your Home’ is a quarterly printed newsletter which is mailed to all tenants and provides a vital communications touchpoint connecting the trust to its diverse range of tenants. We have created a refreshed design style for 2022.
