Located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, The Wild Boar Residential Village is just a stones throw from the beautiful city of Chester. With leaded windows, beautiful oak carvings and glorious gardens, The Wild Boar is steeped in history and splendour.

The 16 apartments at the Wild Boar Residential Village offer modern, high-spec living within an attractive landscaped and self-contained site. The apartments are located over 2 levels, each one featuring a superb living and dining area, reception area, either 1 or 2 luxury double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and spacious bathroom. The view from the rear of the apartments takes in the glorious Cheshire countryside and open fields.

We worked together with The Wild Boar to create a logo, promotional and investment brochures, along with CGI videos to market the Residential Village plans to investors. CGI videos are a really effective way of communicating proposed plans with your clients, and create a lot more interest than your usual floor plans.
