Property Management… sounds boring right… wrong! Our recent work with Warwick Estates gave us the opportunity to refresh all elements of their brand with an exciting new approach.
A challenge we face as designers is to come up with new concepts and designs that break the mould of traditional stereotypes. Sectors of business tend to have a classic style of design that is used across their particular industry; certain colours and imagery that are easily identifiable with their particular trade. We wanted to break this barrier and create a fresh exciting new look for a sector of business that sticks to typical imagery and corporate looks.
Warwick Estates have in place simple checks and balances to ensure that they will never become “just another big property management company that doesn’t care”. Their property managers will never have more than 15 developments to manage. Warwick Estates offer a much more personable service to its customers and this is the feeling we wanted to reflect in their re-brand.
Working alongside model maker James Taylor; who has worked on big names like Bob The Builder, Shaun The Sheep and even Pingu, we created a set of themed models which included people, architecture and building equipment. From these models came a photoshoot that brought the characters to life!
These new images became a breath of fresh air to the property management industry and Warwick Estates now have a contemporary new look that reflects the friendly and personable service that they aim to offer! Their new website is coming soon, so pop back to the blog to see the results!
