To co-incide with their 20th anniversary, we were delighted to work with business charity ‘BW3′ to create their new branding, website, animated social media video and printed marketing materials.
The organisation – which stands for ‘Business Working With Wythenshawe’ connects local businesses with community organisations in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester. MAG, who operate Manchester Airport are supporters of the organisation and through our work with them we were invited to get involved with BW3.
BW3’s mission is to support the economic and social well-being of Wythenshawe, with a series of well-established initiatives to raise aspirations and provide career paths for local young people.
It has more than 250 members, who volunteer time and expertise to deliver mentoring sessions, careers talks and other activities in schools. BW3 also runs a series of events to help businesses grow and network with each other,
The branding features a new logo, which links the 3 W’s to create a striking and vibrant identity. It uses a bright and eye-catching colour palette that communicates the vibrancy and diversity of the local community. The navy blue represents the established professionalism of local businesses.
Developing the style further, we created a new website using the WordPress platform and designed brochures that are used to communicate the value that BW3 bring to both businesses and local community organisations. We also designed branded pull-up banners that are used at networking and community events.
A short animation was created to help raise awareness of the new website through sharing across multiple platforms.
