Hadley Homes

Established in 2022, Hadley Homes is an exciting new estate agency brand, dedicated to helping people find their dream home in and around Chester.
Chester is a beautiful city with a rich Roman history and a centre that boasts a range of stylish shops, restaurants, cafes and other high quality amenities. In addition to a thriving centre, Chester has a number of desirable suburbs that offer easy access to the stunning Cheshire and North Wales countryside.

As a result, the property market here is traditionally strong and there is a diverse mix of property types on offer, suiting buyers of varying profiles. So what makes Hadley Homes different? Hadley Homes position themselves as a service driven, contemporary estate agency that, through years of industry experience and know-how, will deliver a smooth and complete service to its clients.

Our brief was to develop their branding that reflected this personal, high quality service. This was reflected through the signature logo and distinctive and ornate, hand-drawn font style.  This style has been applied to printed marketing brochures, business cards, E-Signatures, corporate website, digital search engines such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as for social media headers and assets.
The brand colours are muted, but offer a distinctive alternative to the competitor colours currently seen around the city, making Hadley Homes easily recognisable as a leading estate agency.
