Altrincham based, GCS Associates are a specialist recruitment consultancy leading the way within the Construction Supplies Sector since 2007. They were established by experienced recruitment consultants with one aim: to provide an innovative, flexible and dedicated recruitment service within the construction, technical and engineering sectors. The Agency Creative’s brief was to develop their branding; design a new engaging visual style and build a new, user-friendly website.
Logo Design
We were approached to create a memorable logo and brand style for GCS Associates. They wanted something that portrays what they have to offer as a recruitment company for the construction sector. The final design has combined the three letters to show how the company links it’s clients to the right people. It also reflects on current construction and trade logos with bold text and a layered placement.
Branding & Website Design
The Agency decided that the company would benefit from a specific colour palette that can create a distinct look when used on branding materials. We chose to use a dusty orange so they appear to have ties with the construction industry. Pairing this with black and white added some room for variety and creativity with their ongoing marketing. Our designers decided to incorporate some illustrated elements into their branding to show off the companies personality in an exciting way.
The web design layout is built up with black and white sections to allow for a large amount of content. We felt this would look aesthetically pleasing and reflects on their main speciality. We have worked with GCS to build a website with strong SEO quality and a professional body of copywriting.
